Flowers

We are welcoming spring. We made tissue flowers to wear and planted some flowers so we could watch them grow. When big enough we will plant them in our raised garden outside the dining room windows so we can enjoy them every day.

We had a visit from the youth from St Mary's church. They brought some daffodils with them. It was so nice to receive those bright. yellow flowers - a little bit of sunshine.

We are getting ready for Easter. We cannot believe it is upon us. We have some children coming in on Saturday to help us dye Easter eggs. We will then play some special games with them. Here you see some residents making a special snack for the children. Be sure and check us out next week. We will be sharing some pictures with you of the time spent with the children.

presentation of plaque

Hampshire House presented Joe Briand and his daughter Noel with a plaque for donating the pool table. The plaque will be proudly hung over the table in our exercise room.
