We went out to lunch at Oneonta's favorite restaurant, Brook's BBQ. If you go out of town and mention you are from Oneonta people always ask, "Isn't that where they have that great chicken place?" It sure is. We had a great time and of course, really enjoyed the food!

Bowling Fun

Saturday, March 20th we invited a group of children to come and bowl with us. We wore our bowling shirts and they made some special t-shirts that they wore. We paired up, one resident and one student. What a great time we had. After the tournament we had a banquet with a special cake made by the kitchen. Ribbons and trophies were awarded. Then we went back and bowled some more - just for fun!

Keeping fit.

We keep pretty busy here at Hampshire House. Above you see Joe Briand enjoying the new pool table. Because our old one needed to be replaced he and his family donated this one. We are very happy with it. Below you see some of our ladies working out in our fitness center.

We made pretzels! First we learned all about them. Did you know that many years ago they were given as prizes to those students who memorized their Bible verses?
